At Jadyn Muscha Studio, your well-being and satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. We’re constantly striving to create the best possible experience for each of our Muscha members. That’s why we’ve put together some terms and conditions. Now, before you roll your eyes, let me explain why this is actually a great thing – for you and for us!
Your Protection: These terms are designed to protect you, our cherished clients. We want you to feel confident and secure when you book an appointment with us. That’s why we’ve outlined our policies, like our cancellation policy, which ensures that everyone’s time is respected, and our commitment to safeguarding your personal information.

No Call/No Shows:
If you miss your appointment without notifying us, a 100% charge of the service will be incurred.
Same Day Cancellations:
Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked service.
(Illness does not excuse same day cancellations unless emergency)
Cancellations/Rescheduling:
Life can be unpredictable, and schedules may need adjustments. I kindly ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Without this notice, a 100% charge of the reserved service will apply. To make changes, simply reach out to me via text at (701)-866-7133 with your request. I’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
Credit Cards:
To secure your appointment, we’ll need your credit card information on file. Please rest assured that your information is safe and protected. We use Square, a trusted platform for salon professionals.
Refunds:
We want to provide you with the best service possible, and we stand by the quality of our work. As such, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Tardiness:
We understand that life can sometimes throw us off schedule. We have a 10-minute lateness policy, so if you’re running behind, please shoot us a text to keep us in the loop. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling, with a cancellation fee applied.
Hourly Rate and Extensions: For hair color and cut clients, your hourly rate begins at the time of your booked appointment. Please note that all extension deposits made upon booking initial installation appointments are nonrefundable.
Appointment Reservations: When you book an appointment with me, you’re not just reserving a time slot; you’re investing in your self-care. Please keep in mind that our pricing is based on the type of service and may vary. If you happen to arrive a bit late and it affects the service’s completion, we’ll work together to find a solution that’s fair. This could involve a late arrival fee, rescheduling, or a no-show fee, which is essentially the cost of the reserved time.
